Product Overview:

Multi-layer coaxial parallel oil filter elements designed for use with lubrication oil pumps in steam turbine thin-oil stations; mainstream models include the LY15/25, LY38/25, LY48/25, and LY100/25W series. It consists of 2 to 5 metal filter cartridges of varying sizes connected in parallel by coaxial bolts. The total filtration area is 3 to 4 times that of a regular single-cartridge filter element under the same outer diameter, making it suitable for high-flow oil pump suction filtration.

Core Technical Parameters:

Features:

Extra-large filtration area: For the same volume, the filtration area is 3-5 times that of a standard single filter cartridge, offering extremely high dirt-holding capacity and an exceptionally long service life.

High flow rate, low pressure drop: The total flow rate is the sum of the flow rates of each layer, resulting in extremely low pressure drop.

Continuous operation: Compatible with dual-stage switching valves, allowing for online maintenance without shutdown.

Washable and reusable: The robust stainless steel construction allows for repeated cleaning and reuse, reducing operating costs.

Typical Applications:

Steam Turbine Lube Systems

Large Hydraulic Systems

Power & Petrochemical

Continuous Production Lines
